Top SchoolMarcus Näslund is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience combining strong mathematical training (BSc in Mathematics, MSc in Computational Science) with practical software development across fintech, education tech, and embedded video algorithms. He has built high-performance C/C++ architectures for camera systems, shipped full-stack features at Klarna and Kognity, and now applies that blend of algorithmic rigor and product focus at SSC Space. Marcus also teaches programming and mathematics, has led exam proctoring and outreach projects, and writes popular science books—demonstrating an unusual talent for translating complex technical ideas into accessible material. Colleagues know him for disciplined code review practices, modern C++ design, and a steady hand moving between low-level performance work and user-facing systems. Based in Malmö, he brings a rare mix of research-grade math, educational communication, and production engineering to multidisciplinary teams.
