Top SchoolMarcus Naughton is a founder and product-focused engineer with a decade of experience building user-centered tools, currently based in San Francisco and leading Chatsight — a modern, inclusive content moderation engine for text and audio. As Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First and CEO/CTO of Chatsight, he combines hands-on engineering with startup building, supporting communities across Discord, Twitch and Minecraft. He has serial-founder experience from Kanary and a track record of student-led product wins like Red Bull Basement’s ConnectUL project, demonstrating ability to ship practical coordination tools. Marcus blends a legal academic background (LLB) with technical entrepreneurship, which informs his focus on moderation, safety and usable policy tooling. He’s driven by a simple mantra—“making things not suck to use”—and applies that to complex moderation problems that intersect product, community and compliance.
