Top SchoolMardoqueu Sousa is a pragmatic full-stack software engineer with 11 years of experience building end-to-end web applications for clients in banking, government, and enterprise. He blends strong Java/Spring Boot backend skills with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular and Next.js, and has hands-on experience with Node/NestJS, Kotlin, Kafka and cloud-native tooling (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform). Known for improving performance and scalability—such as tuning APIs to cut response times and designing resilient notification/CMS systems—he also champions test-driven development and CI/CD best practices. He frequently works across international, multidisciplinary squads and contributes to architectural discussions that prioritize maintainability and observability. Based in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, he balances practical delivery with technical curiosity, often implementing dynamic fallback strategies and secret resolution flows that aren’t obvious from job titles alone.
