Top SchoolMarek Dulowski is a pragmatic technology leader and Co-CEO with a decade of experience helping organisations turn engineering trade-offs into clear executive decisions. He advises technology executives through Skalable, delivering strategic software assets, cost-optimization programmes, and rescue plans for in-flight programmes while translating engineering risk into board-level clarity. His background as a solutions architect and senior engineer across financial services, mobility, climate tech and startups gives him a cross-domain perspective that informs pragmatic, delivery-focused strategy. Marek blends hands-on technical insight with commercial judgement, frequently stepping into messy delivery problems to restore momentum and reduce hidden technical debt.
