Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarek Sedlak is a Lead Product Manager and seasoned technical leader with 11 years of experience building and architecting mobile-first solutions, backend systems, and IoT integrations across EU and US markets. He blends hands-on engineering (Node.js, TypeScript, AWS/Heroku, microservices) with product leadership at PwC and startup experience as a software team lead and architect, guiding cross-functional teams from prototype to production. A former university lecturer, Marek values authentic user research informed by extensive travel—having worked in nearly 50 countries—to ensure products solve real problems for diverse audiences. He brings particular strength in security-conscious domains (FinTech, healthcare, family apps) and a pragmatic belief that great UX drives conversion. Notably, he transitioned from mobile developer to solution architect/manager while staying active in code reviews and CI/CD design, keeping technical credibility alongside product strategy.
