Top SchoolMargulan A is an Enterprise Architect with over 20 years in IT, blending hands-on Java/Spring engineering, cloud-native microservices, and security-minded DevSecOps with a decade of solution architecture and program leadership. He has led large-scale transformations for Fortune 9 and government clients, designing multi-region, highly available architectures, IaC/AaC pipelines, and cloud migration strategies across Azure, GCP and AWS. Equally comfortable writing production code and steering governance, he introduced Architecture-as-Code with PlantUML+Copilot, designed Istio service meshes, and proposed Responsible AI controls for HIPAA contexts. His background as a certified project manager and business analyst helps him translate complex business requirements into auditable, budget-approved roadmaps. A pragmatic technologist, he also drives test automation, observability and security practices (TDD, BDD, SonarQube, VerraCode) to reduce risk and accelerate delivery. Based in Pflugerville, TX, he brings a mix of public sector, healthcare and enterprise eCommerce experience and a proven track record of cutting costs while modernizing platforms.
