Top SchoolMariano Molina is an experienced software leader and Director de Tecnología de la Información from Buenos Aires with 11 years of hands-on experience across Oracle, .NET, Java and mobile front-end development. He has progressed from laboratory support and Oracle-focused development to senior engineering and software architecture roles at Hexacta and GlobalLogic, and now leads technology at EXTRADOS. Mariano combines deep database and PL/SQL expertise with modern web and mobile stacks (APEX, ASP.NET, Android), enabling him to bridge legacy systems and contemporary applications. He is comfortable both leading teams and diving into code, having managed projects, translated technical materials, and contributed to client-facing solutions in finance and automotive sectors. Based in Argentina, he pairs practical implementation skills with strategic architecture experience, often surfacing pragmatic migrations from Oracle-centric platforms to .NET and front-end/mobile ecosystems. An inquisitive developer by background, he still identifies as a front-end and mobile practitioner despite senior leadership responsibilities.
