Top SchoolMarie Cosgrove-Davies is a platform- and operations-focused Product Manager with 11 years of experience building reliable, observable systems across startups and large tech companies from Opower to Google and now OpsLevel. She combines deep SRE and incident-response roots with product-led initiatives—shifting teams from alert overload to high-signal observability and launching audit-logging and visualization features that improved operational clarity and unlocked revenue. Comfortable working cross-functionally, Marie runs workshops, office hours, and internal evangelism to raise reliability maturity and data quality across engineering orgs. Based in Pittsburgh, she brings a hands-on mentality from early client-facing engineering roles through large-scale cloud product launches, and outside work is likely to involve books, cats, and porch time—evidence of a practical, curious operator who values thoughtful spaces.
