Marie Staver is a DevOps leader with nearly a decade of experience managing cloud hosting, infrastructure, and distributed engineering teams, now leading DevOps at ButcherBox. She combines a hands-on systems background—from network and Linux administration to incident response—with product and project management expertise gained across startups and SaaS organizations. Marie has a strong track record delivering on-time, on-budget cross-team projects and scaling hosted environments and workflows for remote, global teams. She’s as comfortable specifying monitoring, ticketing and deployment tooling as she is coaching engineers and aligning operational work to company mission and values. Quietly unusual for a technical manager, she pairs a philosophy education with practical technical depth, which she leverages to communicate complex trade-offs and build collaborative processes that stick.
