Top SchoolMariela Nikolova is a SaaS Technical Analyst and junior .NET developer with nine years of hands-on experience bridging web development, IT operations, and customer-facing implementations. She has delivered end-to-end solutions—from responsive single-page sites and WordPress builds to enterprise SaaS integrations—while supporting 24/7 data center operations and ITIL-based incident management. At PROS she guided full implementation lifecycles and translated customer needs into product enhancements, and now applies that cross-disciplinary perspective at Accenture Song. Comfortable with both code and stakeholder-facing work, she combines technical troubleshooting with clear documentation, training, and support to drive customer satisfaction. A BBA graduate focused on web and multimedia design, Mariela brings a rare blend of product empathy and operational rigor that helps teams move projects from workshop to production.
