Top SchoolMarijus Plančiūnas is a seasoned technology and business executive with over a decade of hands-on experience scaling organisations through IT, finance, and strategic product transformations. He has repeatedly moved from senior IT and delivery roles into C-suite leadership—most recently as CTO of PharmacyConnect, CEO and Head of IT at Paysera, and now a board member at LTK Food Group—delivering API-first SaaS modernisations and operational turnarounds. Known for bridging C-suite vision with complex technical reality, he blends systems design, AI and blockchain awareness, and regulatory savvy to drive measurable KPIs and international expansion. A practitioner of agile, tribe-based operating models, he has a track record of converting legacy, high-investment assets into scalable platforms while speaking internationally on fintech and technical turnarounds. Based in Vilnius with a background in informatics and cross-disciplinary management training, he combines practical execution with strategic growth instincts that go beyond typical advisory roles.
