Senior🎓
Top SchoolMario Dal Lago is a software architect and senior engineer with over 20 years across the full stack and a 7-year specialization in distributed systems and blockchain, delivering high-performance systems in Go, Rust, and C#. He has shipped production fintech and crypto-exchange infrastructure and moved between low-level protocol work and cloud-native architecture with equal fluency. As an experienced engineering manager and regional leader, he has defined coding standards, implemented DevOps and agile practices, and led teams of 15+. His career blends hands-on implementation (including C++/C# blockchain work at Bitprim) with strategic CTO-level responsibilities across media and startup environments in Argentina. Now freelancing, he pairs deep systems knowledge with practical delivery discipline, often bridging protocol design and product requirements in decentralized application projects.
