Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMario De Moraes Barros Neto is a senior systems analyst and technical leader with 11 years of experience building and guiding teams on PHP/Laravel, Vue and Postgres-based web applications across fintech, retail and logistics in São Paulo. He has repeatedly stepped into lead roles—most recently at Hero Seguros after technical leadership positions at Perfect Pay and Via—bringing a pragmatic mix of hands-on development and team coaching. His background includes legacy system integration (ASP, VB6, mainframe) and modern stacks, which helps him bridge technical debt and product-forward engineering. Comfortable operating in both enterprise and startup contexts, he focuses on delivery, maintainability and measurable business impact. Though his GitHub presence is minimal, his career shows a pattern of stepping into complex domain projects and evolving them toward more modern architectures.
