Senior🎓
Top SchoolMário Kapusta is a hands-on engineering leader and co-founder with 13+ years building high‑scale backends, multiplayer game services, and blockchain tooling across startups and large studios. He has driven teams from early-stage scaling to successful pivots—mentoring engineers while shipping systems in Rust, Kotlin, Go, Node.js and TypeScript on Kubernetes and cloud platforms. Notable achievements include architecting microservices for titles with hundreds of millions of users, designing a real-time multiplayer framework in Rust, and leading a DEX project with Substrate and ZK research collaboration. Comfortable across event-sourced and distributed architectures, he repeatedly delivers for demanding CCU targets and production load tests. Based in London, he blends product-minded engineering with open-source orientation and a track record of building cross-functional teams in fast-moving, crypto- and game-focused domains.
