Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMarius Bock is a Senior Lead Project Manager with a multi-decade track record delivering complex IT and blockchain projects across finance, telecoms and enterprise clients. He blends portfolio, programme and hands-on project management expertise—covering budgeting, risk, QA and full delivery lifecycles—with frontline experience leading Scrum squads building Cardano wallets and managing hardware wallet integrations. Comfortable operating from strategy to team-level execution, he has led delivery organisations, established PMOs, and overseen large outsourced development portfolios for clients like Safmarine, Vodacom and MTN. A certified honours graduate in project management with a cum laude certificate in digital currencies, Marius uniquely pairs traditional PM rigor with deep interest in crypto: by day a program manager, by night a Rust developer and active Bitcoiner. He is based in the Swartland region of South Africa and is known for turning high-risk, cross-vendor initiatives into steady, board-reportable outcomes. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic governance, clear stakeholder communication and steady delivery under pressure.
