Summary
👤
SeniorMarius Maaland is a seasoned software engineer and founder with 11 years of cross-Atlantic experience building product and platform software from early-stage startups to enterprise customers. As a former founding engineer on two acquired startups and Chief Architect & Tech Lead Manager at IndyKite, he blends hands-on systems design (Go, graph data, auth primitives) with team leadership and enterprise sales engineering. Currently co-founding an AI B2B SaaS startup and scouting for an AI-led venture fund, he focuses on accelerating product organizations to match engineering velocity. He has a track record of shipping viral consumer apps (a 55k-user Game of Thrones app) alongside enterprise-grade identity and credential platforms, and holds two patents related to contextual data access. Trained in computer science and mechanical engineering across NTNU and University of Washington, he brings an unusual mix of product instincts, low-level systems craft, and go-to-market experience.
