Top SchoolMariusz Matyszczak is a self-taught Full-Stack Engineer and founder based in Warsaw with eight years of experience building Java/Kotlin backends and React+TypeScript frontends for both consumer brands and creator-driven projects. He designs reliable data systems with Redis, MongoDB and SQL, and brings uncommon cross-platform experience from Lua development in the Roblox ecosystem and Minecraft modding to commercial game and events work. His portfolio spans collaborations with major brands like Walmart, Starbucks, Twitch Rivals, XGames, Lenovo and Princess Cruises, alongside creator-focused projects such as SystemZee. As founder of CraftlyWorks after senior engineering roles at EVNT Games and leadership at Tiny Embers, he blends product-minded engineering with hands-on implementation. He’s also an artistically inclined developer—active on GitHub as THAT Marcus—who combines computer science study with a creative approach to interactive experiences.
