Top SchoolMark Allan is a Development Team Lead based in Belfast with over three decades of software experience and 11 years in senior roles, currently shaping enterprise security features at Gearset while still shipping code. He blends hands-on engineering with planning, design, and people leadership, and retains line management responsibility for his team. A Cambridge-trained mathematician, he has deep roots in .NET and Azure, running a freelance cloud consultancy and previously leading application modernisation practices.
