Senior🎓
Top SchoolMark Barzilay is a founder and technical leader with 12 years of hands-on experience building and scaling QA and test automation practices, and over 19 years engaged in engineering since graduating cum laude from TU Delft. He founded spriteCloud in 2009, growing it into a specialist Amsterdam-based consultancy that blends AGILE testing, cloud-based test automation and performance engineering for EU clients, and now leads its cybersecurity arm. His career spans enterprise engagements across retail, media and public institutions (Ahold Delhaize, NU.nl, KB, Holland Casino) where he architected CI-integrated automation, mobile testing and large-scale performance suites using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter and Appium. Equally comfortable coaching teams and implementing tooling, he has a track record of turning manual processes into resilient, environment-agnostic regression pipelines. Based in the Randstad, he combines academic rigor in electrical engineering with practical entrepreneurial grit—an engineer who still occasionally traces performance anomalies back to their infrastructure roots.
