Top SchoolMark Beadle-kindy is a product operations leader with 14 years of experience scaling teams and processes across recruiting, operations, and product safety programs. He currently serves as Sr Director of Product Operations at Whisker Labs, where he blends technical systems and human-centered workflows to reduce electrical fire risk for families. Mark has a track record of growing and coaching high-performing teams—driving 25–55% YoY growth in regional recruiting—and translating data into process improvements using tools like Salesforce and Excel. His background spans startup co-founding in food production to enterprise technical recruiting, giving him both hands-on operational grit and strategic hiring expertise. Academically grounded with an MBA and a Master of IT from Virginia Tech and a management degree from the University of Florida, he pursues continual learning as a core professional value. Less obvious: he pairs technical process design with a product-minded empathy that helps bridge engineering, operations, and customer safety outcomes.
