Senior🎓
Top SchoolMark Ding is a Senior Solutions Architect based in Shenzhen with over 20 years of embedded software expertise and more than a decade leading teams and projects in resource-constrained, real-time environments. He specializes in IoT product development, device driver design, and securing and certifying firmware—most recently enabling partners to integrate Alexa Connect Kit and Matter SDKs on diverse SoCs at Amazon. Mark has a track record of turning deep technical troubleshooting into operational improvements, from remote week-long stress tests to proposing Asana adoption that standardized visibility across 20+ ACK projects. Previously he built and scaled APAC IoT applications support at Silicon Labs, driving a 94 NPS and developer training programs that broadened adoption across Zigbee, Bluetooth Mesh, and cloud-integrated smart speaker demos. He combines hands-on C/C++ and Linux driver development with cross-team coordination and practical process design, often resolving partner issues within days. A pragmatic engineer-manager, he surfaces non-obvious system bottlenecks (e.g., registration-time memory peaks) and converts those insights into reproducible test and certification practices.
