Senior🎓
Top SchoolMark Gaubatz is a seasoned technology executive and managing partner with 22+ years leading enterprise systems, data center design, migrations and product architecture across global clients and industries. He combines deep hands-on engineering — from firmware and CPU architecture to storage and data mobility software — with strategic operations leadership, having driven multi-petabyte migrations and saved clients multimillion-dollar annual costs through consolidation and process redesign. At Group GW he scaled a local firm into an international consultancy and has repeatedly revitalized failing data center operations and led complex cross-border relocations for financial and manufacturing enterprises. Previously at Fujitsu Softek and IBM he helped create and commercialize data mobility products and engineered automation that slashed deployment and compliance overhead dramatically. Known for marrying practical systems-level engineering with enterprise economics, he thrives on turning high-risk infrastructure transformations into repeatable, cost-effective capabilities.
