Senior🎓
Top SchoolMark Hall is a Senior Solutions Architect with 11 years focused on delivering and modernizing digital experiences, particularly on the Optimizely One Platform. He combines pre-sales acumen with deep implementation experience, having led cross-functional and global teams to migrate and modernize large codebases from ASP.NET to ASP.NET Core and containerized cloud deployments. Comfortable across the stack, Mark has designed microservices and micro-frontends, built CI/CD pipelines and automation, and shipped both backend C#/.NET systems and ReactJS frontends. He has repeatedly moved on-prem products to cloud-native architectures using Terraform, Kubernetes, Redis, and Azure, and created tooling that helped customers run in updated cloud environments. A pragmatic leader, he has managed offshore engineering teams, owned product and partner-facing demos, and reduced operational friction through automation. Based in Temecula, CA, he blends hands-on engineering with strategic product thinking—often surfacing deployable prototypes and demo systems that accelerate sales and adoption.
