Top SchoolMark Hansen is a Software Engineer III with 11 years of experience building firmware, IoT gateways, and CI/CD pipelines, currently advancing systems and ML expertise through an MCS at UVU. He has driven end-to-end deliveries as a release manager, rebuilt client applications, and migrated legacy Bluetooth stacks to Bluetooth Mesh while optimizing AWS backends and embedding efficiency into production code. Comfortable across embedded firmware, full-stack Electron apps, and RTOS tooling, he implemented CI platforms and low-level hardware APIs that bridged firmware and user-facing software. Multilingual and experienced in high-traffic web ops and simulation work, he blends technical depth with clear cross-functional communication to align engineering with business needs. An unusual mix of audio-production roots and legal/market research experience gives him a practical, risk-aware approach to complex engineering problems.
