Top SchoolMark Herring is a GTM advisor and founder with 10+ years scaling marketing engines for B2B infrastructure, data, and AI companies from startup to enterprise. He has repeatedly rebuilt demand and PLG motions—doubling pipeline and ARR growth at companies like HiveMQ, InfluxData, and Teleport—by blending AI-driven content, lifecycle systems, and industrial verticalization. Mark now advises LakeSail’s move from open-source traction to enterprise Rust-based compute and runs BuildGrowth.ai, a fixed-fee GTM diagnostic that turns “translation” gaps into executable 90-day plans. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with a BS in Mathematics, he pairs deep technical GTM instincts with operator experience across open-source ecosystems and acquisition-driven outcomes. An uncommon strength is his focus on translating developer and community momentum into predictable enterprise pipeline rather than just chasing raw demand.
