Senior🎓
Top SchoolMark Hunter is a Senior Technical Architect with over 15 years of professional experience architecting and building robust, privacy-focused software across government, enterprise and media sectors. He has delivered high-impact systems such as HMRC Tax Credits, DWP Carer’s Allowance, BA’s Heathrow operations dashboard and geolocation-driven MarTech microservices, often combining Java/Scala backends, Spring Boot and cloud-native patterns. Comfortable in contractor and leadership roles, he moves between hands-on development, technical strategy and presenting services to governance bodies (DDA/DDA panels). Mark holds SC clearance, favors event-sourced CQRS architectures for complex domains, and has repeatedly led cross-functional teams to production in Agile environments. Outside of work he balances technical curiosity with creative and physical pursuits—from building Android apps to playing the Irish tenor banjo and competing in combat sports—showing a rare blend of discipline and creativity.
