Top SchoolMark Kuczmarski is a founder and seasoned software engineer with 11 years of experience building scalable products, currently leading Novacut, an AI-driven tool that turns long recordings into editor-ready rough cuts. He combines large-scale product experience from Amazon with hands-on media workflow insight gained from running a travel YouTube channel, which directly informs Novacut’s design. Based in Palo Alto, he co-organizes the South Bay Generative AI Meetup, helping grow one of the largest GenAI communities and staying at the forefront of applied generative models. His background spans frontend leadership, remote team management, and full-stack delivery across startups and enterprises, from building crypto fintech UIs to leading real-time support system frontends. Practical, product-focused, and community-minded, he blends user empathy with technical rigor to solve real-world content production pain points. An obsessive tinkerer of workflow automation, he leverages both engineering discipline and creator empathy to push editorial automation forward.
