Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolMark Libunao is a senior full-stack engineer with 9 years of experience building production web applications for startups, agencies, and international teams across the US, UK, Australia, France, Belgium, and the Philippines. He excels in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with practical production experience in Elixir/Phoenix, Playwright E2E testing, Terraform, and GCP. Mark thrives in high-ambiguity, high-ownership environments where he ships features, removes blockers, and raises engineering standards through CI guardrails, developer tooling, and test automation. At Wizy.io he led cross-cutting work from frontend features to Terraform-based ISO 27001 readiness for 1,800+ resources and cut CI times in half through pipeline optimization. He has a track record of rebuilding critical admin surfaces (Phoenix LiveView), mentoring juniors, and turning prototypes—like a multi-service Playwright harness—into validated directions for leadership. Based in Metro Manila, he combines hands-on delivery with a penchant for operationalizing quality and security at scale.
