Top SchoolMark Mansfield is a Frontend Specialist with 8 years of experience building high-performance, accessible React and TypeScript experiences for high-stakes, zero-latency environments. He has a proven track record—engineering a 51% page speed gain at Shorthand and delivering 5x graphics output at LIGR—bridging broadcast-grade realtime systems and polished consumer UIs. Comfortable leading and upskilling teams, he combines a chef’s "mise en place" discipline with composure from decades in live performance and hospitality, thriving under tight deadlines. He’s shipped AI-native UX work across Atlassian’s ecosystems and embedded LLMs into developer workflows to shorten iteration cycles. Based in Gosford, Australia, Mark brings both product-minded craftsmanship and practical mentorship, turning messy legacy stacks into predictable, scalable systems. An entrepreneurial maker, he also founded a niche SaaS for chefs, translating real-world operations into resilient frontend architecture.
