Senior🎓
Top SchoolMark Mikelonis is a Full Stack Developer based in Oakland with eight years of experience building web and mobile apps across the MERN stack, Node.js/Express backends, and React/React Native frontends. He has delivered end-to-end projects for small businesses and services—rebuilding an e-commerce site, creating a scheduling and client portal for a dog walking service, and shipping a React Native fitness app—owning servers, models, routes, and databases. Comfortable with both relational (MySQL) and document (MongoDB) stores, he pairs practical dev ops skills (Linux, Bash, Git) with a strong foundation in computer science and Java/Android from UC Irvine and extension coursework. Mark’s background includes growing web sales substantially in an earlier e-commerce role, showing he thinks beyond code to user experience and business impact. He favors pragmatic problem-solving and clean, maintainable solutions, and maintains a public code presence on GitHub where his project work demonstrates hands-on full-stack implementation.
