Senior🎓
Top SchoolMark Miranda is a pragmatic software engineer with a decade of experience building and improving web applications, currently contributing at Babylist after delivering reliability and tooling improvements at Smartsheet and Doximity. He brings a strong Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React background and a track record of reducing on-call escalations and extracting brittle services into more reliable configurations. Comfortable in both product teams and consultancy roles, he has helped clients and internal stakeholders turn goals into epics, streamline QA and linting practices, and ship data-ingest pipelines handling millions of daily points. Earlier in his career he paired deep engineering work with cross-functional program support—from student coaching at Turing School to financial analysis roles—giving him an uncommon blend of technical, mentorship, and business-facing experience. Based in Longmont, Colorado, he prefers focused professional connections and supports the Turing community through interviewing and mentorship. Mark favors practical, maintainable solutions that improve both developer experience and customer-facing reliability.
