Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMark Peng is a seasoned engineering leader and CTO with over a decade of experience building scalable mobile and product infrastructure, currently leading TinyFish to help people focus on what they love. He previously spent 12 years at Meta where he invented and shipped foundational Android systems and UI infrastructure—authors of the Android News Feed Platform and Keyframes animation system—and led large cross-organizational programs across News Feed, Messenger, and Instagram. Mark combines hands-on engineering (first engineer on Reactions, F8 speaker) with organizational leadership, having rebuilt core Messenger teams during a full-stack rewrite and run quality and efficiency initiatives across FAST. Based in Palo Alto and grounded in a UC Berkeley EECS education, he blends deep technical invention with pragmatic program leadership and an appetite for building stealth-stage products.
