Top SchoolMark Root-wiley is a WordPress web developer with 13 years’ experience designing and building thoughtful, high-quality sites for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations from his Seattle-based practice, MRW Web Design. He founded NonprofitWP.org to give low-budget nonprofits practical, free guidance for DIY WordPress sites, blending hands-on development with community-focused training. As an instructor for NTEN and a long-time practitioner, he pairs technical chops with an understanding of nonprofit workflows and communications. His background in sociology and a decade-plus of focused nonprofit work mean he builds sites that prioritize usability, accessibility, and storytelling over flashy but impractical features.
