Senior🎓
Top SchoolMark Sidell is a seasoned software engineer and tinkerer with roughly 10 years in cloud and team leadership at Viasat and decades of hands-on product development across telecom and messaging systems. He built and scaled VoIP, SMS, email and iOS integrations at Directra, was a principal developer of early multimedia routing for contact centers at Genesys, and architected enduring Windows applications and PBX monitoring tools at Forte. Equally comfortable managing AWS server fleets and automating secure deployments as he is designing user-facing apps, he blends infrastructure, security and product-focused engineering. Now retired and based in Seattle, he continues to tinker and apply deep systems experience to practical problems—an engineer who still ships durable software and thinks like an operator.
