Top SchoolMark Steadman is a founder and hands-on digital product builder with 12+ years of experience creating CMS-driven websites, podcast platforms, and membership/ticketing solutions for cultural and community organisations. He blends engineering discipline with a creative sensibility developed across agencies, indie projects, and running his own podcast hosting business, Podiant, so he understands both technical ops and the realities of being a one-person tech team. Mark focuses on practical, low-friction platforms that reduce dependence on developers while improving revenue and audience engagement, and he avoids jargon and unnecessary rebuilds. He’s spent the last five years producing content and tools for creative entrepreneurs and continues to lead community-focused ventures like Sounds Local and Origin. Based in Birmingham, he brings a calm, pragmatic approach—part engineer, part artist—and a knack for keeping systems reliable when “the poop hits the fan.”
