Summary
👤
SeniorMark Thomas is a veteran software founder and technical leader who has spent three decades building, scaling and mentoring engineering teams while currently leading Appnalysis, a SaaS that applies ML/AI to mobile app audits and market intelligence. He combines deep hands-on expertise—from low-level C/C++ and multi-threaded Solaris services to modern microservices, PaaS, and mobile SDKs—with product ownership and platform design skills. Mark has led teams from small pods to 40-person organisations, driven ISO-certified enterprise solutions, and architected secure, scalable messaging and custom data-query engines that integrate with BI tools via ODATA. His career includes founding and growing Coderus and delivering award-winning work for clients like BT, Bowers & Wilkins and INEOS, showing a rare mix of commercial leadership and technical depth. A persistent mentor and educator, he routinely balances high-level strategy with detailed code and process improvements, and even early in his career ported major games and built widely deployed installer technology used in millions of installs. Based in the UK with a BSc in Computer Studies, he is known for turning complex, auditable requirements into pragmatic, disruptive products.
