Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMark Vunder is a seasoned backend developer and engineering leader with 11 years in software, 8+ deeply focused on backend and DevOps, who prefers building product-first systems and payment engines. He has hands-on experience running PCI-DSS certification, designing CI/CD and Ansible-driven pipelines, and improving reliability and cost-efficiency through profiling, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana) and dockerized staging. As CTO and Team Lead at Kupibilet.ru he drove infrastructure optimization, cut server counts and incident rates, and documented team processes into a 150-page wiki to streamline onboarding and business-IT collaboration. Comfortable in legacy and “messy” codebases, he raises test coverage, integrates observability tooling like Sentry, and accelerated pipelines by 20–30%. Equally fluent talking to business and engineers, he focuses on tooling and team efficiency and aims to contribute back to developer communities. An experienced polyglot (Ruby, Go, Crystal) who also knows Linux in cloud and desktop contexts, he even jokes about mastering AWS network credits.
