Mark Zeman is a founder and user-experience-focused digital media innovator with 25 years’ experience building web products, academic programs, and small companies. He bootstrapped SpeedCurve into a respected front-end performance monitoring product used by leading US and European firms while deliberately keeping the company small, distributed, and product-focused. Earlier he founded Morse Media to bridge design and IT, led digital media curriculum and e-learning adoption at Massey University, and partnered on national sites and cultural projects that helped revive New Zealand music. Mark blends hands-on development, UX research and design thinking with academic rigor, presenting internationally and planning a future PhD in design. He prefers tackling complex human–technology problems—search, trust, mapping and collaborative systems—by prototyping practical solutions that scale. Based in Auckland, he combines entrepreneurial grit with a sustained commitment to open community engagement in web development.
