Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarkkus Millend is a pragmatic CTO and founder with 12 years of experience building resilient infrastructure and production-grade blockchain systems from rack to edge. Currently leading technology and operations at 3NV and Graphyte Labs, he combines hands-on network engineering—BGP peering and traffic engineering—with automation and observability practices to deliver predictable, secure platforms. As co-founder of eTEU and former Head of Engineering at Swyke, he has deep expertise in Web3, staking infrastructure, and integrating decentralized ledgers into real-world supply-chain and finance workflows. He routinely performs technical due diligence and rescue work for fragile systems, bringing a mix of security-first thinking and rapid delivery. Based in Geneva, he pairs formal cyber-security training with experience in ISO27001-aligned processes and Layer-2 crypto payments experiments. Colleagues describe him as relentlessly curious about emerging tech, quietly shipping robust systems that bridge networking, cloud, and blockchain.
