Top SchoolMarko Ristic is a Technical Lead based in Belgrade with 8+ years of experience shaping engineering culture, product thinking, and delivery across web, mobile and blockchain projects. He has led cross-functional teams as CTO and tech lead, shipping solutions from e-fiscalization mobile apps and city-wide QMS and transport systems to DeFi platforms with Solidity-backed smart contracts. Comfortable spanning front-end to backend, his toolkit includes React/React Native, TypeScript, Node/Nest, MongoDB and Ethereum tooling, and he’s repeatedly combined architecture design with hands-on implementation. Known for mentoring teams and embedding process improvements, he pairs strategic business acumen and budgeting experience with deep technical problem solving. A less obvious strength is his background in medical informatics, which informs his systems-thinking approach to complex, regulated domains.
