Top SchoolMarkus Schräder is a seasoned IT leader and hands-on engineer with 12+ years of experience designing and operating Windows and Unix-like systems, from kernel-level debugging to application development and UI design. As Geschäftsführer of CryptoMagic GmbH and long-time IT director for a 200-person organization, he blends technical leadership with operational responsibility and team management. He specializes in IT security, performance engineering and test strategy (DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 certified test coordinator), frequently tracing faults "down to the last bit" including Linux kernel source analysis. Markus has built production-grade software such as VPN redirection tooling and large-scale remote maintenance solutions, and has stabilized high-load Java systems through targeted load testing and monitoring. A self-described hacker since age 10, he pairs deep low-level expertise with pragmatic solutions for complex, heterogeneous networks.
