Top SchoolMarlon Cardoso is a pragmatic full-stack developer with 11 years of experience building and operating scalable web and game-related services across startups and mid-size companies in Brazil. He specializes in cloud-native Python services, asynchronous APIs and containerized deployments using GCP, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD, paired with hands-on experience in databases from MySQL/Postgres to MongoDB and Kafka/RabbitMQ messaging. At Luizalabs and Jeitto he contributed to pricing and API platforms with observability (New Relic, Grafana), Airflow DAGs and GitOps practices, demonstrating strong ownership from design through post-deployment monitoring. He has led small teams and touchpoints as a tech lead, shipping microservices in diverse stacks (Laravel, Node.js, Django, React) and improving deployment automation. Passionate about continuous learning, he blends creative problem solving with clean code and design patterns, and often pairs to spread best practices across squads. Based in Paraná, Marlon brings steady delivery, cross-stack versatility and an appetite for tackling complex backend challenges.
