Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarnix Arnold is an experienced iOS developer and systems architect with nine years in mobile and a deep foundation in embedded and real-time systems from a long engineering career. Based in Madrid, he blends hands-on Swift/Objective-C development with broad expertise in C/C++, Java, Unix/Linux and UML, having led end-to-end architectures and technical teams. His background spans startups and large corporates—shipping mobile apps at IceMobile and CubiCasa, freelancing as a specialist iOS architect, and earlier work on game AI and biometric systems—so he comfortably bridges research-grade engineering and product delivery. He holds an MS and a PhD in electrical/computer engineering from TU Delft, which informs a rigorous approach to design and performance. Outside software he’s a Master Scuba Diver Trainer, an unusual cross-discipline skill set that underscores leadership, safety-mindedness and attention to complex systems under pressure.
