Top SchoolMarshall Sun is a UX Designer with nine years of experience crafting human-centered, scalable products across retail, workforce technology, and learning systems for companies like Walmart, Microsoft, and 7-Eleven. He leads end-to-end design for enterprise platforms—recently shaping AI-enabled onboarding and an internal agentic assistant that translates complex LLM behavior into low-friction interfaces used by millions. His work has shipped at store scale (a computer-vision self-checkout handling over 7M transactions) and at global enterprise scale (platforms supporting 2.1M associates and 34M candidates), reflecting a rare fluency in both edge retail interactions and large organizational workflows. Trained in industrial design and integrated digital media, he combines systems thinking, rapid prototyping, and rigorous user research to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences. An appetite for applied AI and conversational interfaces drives his designs toward pragmatic automation that improves operational efficiency without sacrificing human control.
