Senior🎓
Top SchoolMarta Pancaldi is a full-stack software engineer with a decade of experience building and scaling web applications in distributed, remote-first teams across SaaS, eCommerce and platform products. She moves comfortably across the stack—from designing APIs and backend architectures to crafting performant, accessible UIs—and has led feature delivery, testing and performance improvements at companies like Appetize.io and Resourcify. Marta has a strong product-minded approach, having managed marketing sites, guided web teams, and worked closely with ops and accounting stakeholders to ship pragmatic, user-centered solutions. Her background includes early rotations at Booking.com where she contributed to pricing, payment and supplier-integration systems, and research work on GDPR guidelines published in IEEE that blends tech with legal awareness. Curious and disciplined, she pairs clean code and thoughtful design with continuous learning, and outside of work she writes, plays the oboe and photographs her travels—an unusual creative lens she brings to problem solving. Based in Andorra, she runs her own consulting practice, martacodes.it, continuing to deliver scalable web systems.
