Top SchoolMartiens Kropff is a Head of Software Engineering with over a decade of hands-on experience modernizing web platforms and leading multidisciplinary teams from the Isle of Man. He blends expert front-end craftsmanship (Vue.js, React, vanilla JS, Pixi/GSAP) with back-end proficiency in C#, Node.js and both SQL and MongoDB, and currently focuses on microservices and Azure DevOps. Known for migrating legacy systems—most notably lifting a substantial e‑Gaming app from .NET MVC/jQuery to Vue—he pairs deep debugging instincts with pragmatic architecture and delivery processes.
