SeniorMartijn Berger is a seasoned technology leader and current Chief Technology Officer with 11 years of experience building hardware-software systems for sports video and analytics. He progressed from founding and scaling Incatec—where he delivered the world’s first on-camera ball and player tracking system and FPGA-based vision pipelines—to senior engineering leadership roles at Hudl and Veo. Martijn blends deep expertise in hardware design, embedded computer vision, edge-to-cloud architectures and high-level software (C++, Rust, Python, C#, TypeScript) with a track record of driving M&A technical due diligence, cloud migrations and organizational design. He is known for translating research-grade algorithms into production FPGA/GPU/CPU hybrids and for fostering engineering cultures that persist through acquisition. Based in Amsterdam with an MSc from Delft, he’s equally comfortable in hands-on technical bring-up and in shaping cross-functional strategy. An underrated strength is his experience maintaining open-source platform releases (Blender) alongside commercial product engineering, reflecting both community and product focus.
