Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMartijn De Jongh is a Senior UX Designer and design-systems engineer with 11 years of focused experience crafting user experiences, brand identity, and reusable UI components. Currently shaping the design system at Van Lanschot Kempen, he combines high-fidelity visual design with front-end implementation skills learned across finance, enterprise software, and agency work. His background spans leading design system builds (PatternLab at BinckBank), product-focused UX for Meridian at Accruent, and growth-stage branding and campaign work at Brand New Day. Martijn moves comfortably between pixel-perfect mockups and code, a balance reflected in his GitHub note as a “designer and sometimes coder” from the Netherlands. He brings an architect’s discipline to information structure—rooted in architectural studies—and a pragmatic focus on speed, mobile friendliness, and cross-team collaboration. Based in Voorschoten, he’s known for turning complex organizational needs into consistent, production-ready design systems.
