Senior🎓
Top SchoolMartín Ascui is a BackEnd Java Developer with 10 years of experience building and modernizing backend systems, particularly with Java and Spring Boot, and hands-on exposure to serverless architectures on AWS. He has led technical teams and shaped solutions across fintech, banking, and large enterprise clients, delivering microservices, Lambdas, and CI/CD-driven deployments. Martín blends practical engineering with architecture-level thinking—proposing and executing migrations from microservices to serverless when it improves performance and operability. He also brings mobile development experience with Flutter and a background in embedded/Arduino projects, reflecting a broad, maker-minded skill set. Comfortable in consultancy and client-facing roles, he’s contributed to optimization, deployment automation, and developer tooling efforts that reduced build and release times. Based in Santiago, Chile, he complements his professional practice with a recent master’s in computer engineering and a persistent autodidactic drive.
