Top SchoolMartin Blomster is a seasoned consultant and hands-on Agile developer with nine years of focused experience in Java, DevOps, and Scrum/ Kanban practices, currently operating in the Greater Stockholm area. He blends deep integration architecture knowledge—Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS—with a strong background in enterprise systems and PL/SQL from earlier Oracle work. As CEO of Flowster AB and a consultant at Thruput AB while also serving as an enterprise architect, he balances strategic leadership with day-to-day coding and platform delivery. His track record at Scania includes building cloud-native integrations and coaching teams as a coding ScrumMaster, demonstrating a preference for technical leadership over pure management. Known for practical GDPR and Jira mining expertise, he brings an uncommon mix of compliance insight and developer productivity tooling to projects.
